Only to let me know they wouldn't exist able to cater to my request later all because "it was too complex", not even bothering to offer at least a foundational work they could hand over to me to build on. Instead he suggests another website and offers to brand an introduction to a point of contact there, which I accept out of courtesy tbh, but he never gets back and that is at present too 2 days ago.
Not reliable at all.
